Leadership Training
“Leadership Training is about teaching ordinary citizens to unleash the power within themselves to collectively impact, with shared values, the social, political, environmental, and economic decisions that affect their lives.” — 2007 Training attendee
Why Attend Training?
Justice Overcoming Boundaries seeks to be a powerful county-wide organization that is an environment for learning, nurturing and growth; where relationships are developed through a daily exchange of ideas and experiences. However, in order to create such an environment and clarity, we must equip leaders with the tools and strategies necessary for the difficult task of building community.
